To make a good impression on a person, you must try to become part of his daily life. So in the life of our hero, Mark Krymov, the creator of the Memco agency, the Mug appeared. And it was not even his Mug, but his father’s favorite Mug, which was adorned with a large and bright Nescafe inscription.

So it turned out that every day the favorite mug was not only a source of life-giving moisture, but also a universal carrier of advertising information.

Before creating his own business, Mark managed to gain work experience both in a small organization and in a huge company with American investments. His experience in business said that it is impossible to foresee all possible scenarios in advance.

Troubles even happen to those who know almost everything. Therefore, each difficulty should be treated as an invaluable experience, which is acquired only through trial and error.

In order to open our own enterprise, our hero needed 10,000 rubles. and a couple of free days. In the modern world, even the question of opening your own office is not important. You can work online with partners around the world.

The first souvenir issued by Memco was budenovki. Friends ordered a whole batch of budenovki to celebrate the project’s birthday.

Memco’s designers came up with embroidering pixel stars on budyonki.

The batch of budenovki consisted of 50 copies. Customers were very satisfied with the completed order and word of mouth started to work. It turned out that there are a huge number of large and small companies around, ready to spend money on original and innovative solutions in the production of souvenir products.

So, for a cybercrime investigation company, Memco made a reference to Sherlock Holmes and issued tweed-cover notebooks. The souvenir set included a notebook, a removable block and postcards with phrases of the famous detective.

Tasteful design

Memco categorically opposes “faceless” souvenirs: these numerous pens, bags, notebooks, key rings and cups. In their usual dull performance, they don’t want to pick up these things for the second time (for the first time absolutely everything is taken by souvenirs – not the mentality to refuse a freebie!), Things first run around the apartment or office, and then systematically move or to the cottage , or in the bin, which in fact are identical concepts.

The company of Mark is striving to produce such products that they want to keep in a visible place and show to friends and comrades. Of course, this task is not simple and ordinary, but people in the agency work unusual. They are ready for unusual decisions, bold assumptions, they know how to be self-critical and strict when it comes to work sketching.

In addition, Memco decided to track the fate of the delivered order. So on the eve of 2014, a web service was created that allows you to count posts on various social networks with Memco souvenir products.

During the project, the guys managed to build partners with whom the implementation of any ideas is a complicated, but interesting and productive business. In addition, Memco had to find an office where clients communicate with designers and managers.

In working with intermediaries, there are both advantages and disadvantages.

The fact that working on other people’s equipment is always more difficult to control the quality of products, you have to spend a lot of time and time discussing unnecessary details and refinements, but at the same time you don’t have to worry about the fact that the expensive unit does not work at full capacity and there’s no need to turn of those who want to make something.

Memco company continues to develop actively, and Mark hopes to draw the attention of foreign partners to the company in the near future, then there will be more money for business development, which means there will be more opportunities for creativity.
